Ten years ago, Minnesota Hospice opened its doors in Lakeville. On September 17, we’re opening them again for an anniversary celebration with families, healthcare partners, neighbors and the community that has been part of the past decade. This year also brought a second Top Workplace honor, Gold for Hospice Care and a 5-star Medicare rating.
