Minnesota Star Tribune Top 200 Workplaces 2026 award badge recognizing outstanding workplace culture and employee feedback.

Named a Top Workplace, Two Years Running

For the second year in a row, Minnesota Hospice has been named a Star Tribune Top Workplace. This year we also ranked among the top 10 small business employers in the state, and we were the only hospice-exclusive organization to earn the honor.

What means the most is where it comes from. The recognition is based entirely on confidential feedback from our own team, the nurses, aides, chaplains, social workers, and bereavement specialists who care for families across the southern metro every day. They are the ones who said this is a place worth working, and a culture worth being part of.

Ten years in, that is the thing we are proudest of. When you take care of the team, the team takes care of the families we serve.

Minnesota Hospice is proud to announce that we’ve been voted Best Hospice in the 2026 Sun Current Readers’ Choice Awards.

This marks the sixth consecutive year we’ve received this community honor, determined by local residents who vote for the organizations that make the most meaningful impact in their lives.

This recognition reflects years of building trust with families during some of life’s most difficult moments. As an independent, community-based hospice and one of only six Medicare 5-star rated providers in Minnesota, we’ve built our reputation on being responsive and available when families need help most.

Our local care teams provide consistent, personal support with small caseloads that allow genuine relationships to form.
